Privacy

Short version: PicIt does not collect anything about you. There are no accounts, no newsletter, no comment section, and no forms. The site is a set of static pages.

Cookies and analytics

PicIt sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking pixel, no session identifier, and no third-party script on any page. The fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from a font provider, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.

The one thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, kept in your browser’s local storage under the key picit-theme. It never leaves your device and is never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Server logs

Like any website, requests reach a host that keeps standard operational logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and reliability. I do not read these for analytics, do not connect them to any other data, and do not sell or share them.

When you click through to Amazon

Affiliate links carry a tracking identifier so Amazon can attribute a purchase to this site. Once you land on Amazon, you are on Amazon’s site under Amazon’s privacy policy, and they set their own cookies. I never see your name, your address, your payment details, or what you bought — only aggregate commission totals in the Associates dashboard.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Since PicIt holds no personal data about you, there is nothing to request, correct, export, or delete. If you believe otherwise, write to dominikgural810@gmail.com.

Changes

If PicIt ever adds analytics, an email list, or anything else that touches your data, this page is updated in the same change that ships it, and the date at the top moves. This page describes the site as it is, not as it might be.
